We are looking for a Warehouse Floor and Facility Manager for our Ferndale, WA facility. Crystal Creek Logistics has been in business for 11 years and we specialize in frozen fulfillment for internet retailers. We are looking for someone who is creative, charismatic, a smart worker, a great team member, and leader, but also someone who is loyal and caring. We would like an individual with experience in facility management, warehouse operations, and hiring people. Looking for someone who prides themselves in low turnover, great communication and who embraces working in a small growing company where change is the name of the game and everything we do is designed to make the customer experience exceptional. - Hiring, training, and dismissing employees as needed;
- Problem resolution;
- Communicating between floor team, admin and management;
- Scheduling; inventory management;
- Equipment & warehouse repairs and maintenance;
- Understanding and meeting general budget requirements:
- Other duties as they come up.
