One of our favorite customers has recently won an award for being the best small business of the year for Whatcom County Washington; Read about Vital Choice  We are proud of the Vital Choice group for their ethics, integrity, and their genuine concern for sustainability and good health!

The Crystal Creek Nebraska facility has relocated to their new and larger facility as of April 1st.  From this facility, we will be much better able to serve our existing customers as well as take on significantly larger customers!  We are excited!

Crystal Creek can offer a biodegradable packaging option for frozen and refrigerated orders!  our new 'ThermoPod' products have insulative values similar to those of conventional styrofoam but can be placed into a landfill where they will biodegrade.  These products cost a little more but are being embraced by a large number of customers!

In October, Cathy spoke at http://www.dma12.org/ in Las Vegas  on ways fulfillment can assist in your marketing.  The DMA confrence offers comprehensive education in all the channels that you currently market in – and want to include moving forward. The information and education you’ll acquire at DMA2012 will help you better understand integrated marketing strategies for stronger campaigns, more sales and leads, and most of all, maximum ROI!

Cathy just returned from the Operations Summit in Memphis (http://operationssummit.com/speakers.php) she spoke on perishable fulfillment.  These forums are great for our industry because of the supply opportunities to network and to educate.

Mike, Mary & Shelby have just returned from the Natural Products - Expo West trade show in the Anaheim Convention Center (www.expowest.com/ew12/public/enter.aspx).  We had a great time and made numerous new contacts.  And, it's really nice to wake up to sunshine every morning!

Crystal Creek Logistics is now operating out of Richmond Virginia.  Crystal Creek can now ship to at least 65% of the U.S. population by 2 day ground from this very strategically placed location!

Crystal Creek has expanded their operations on the West Coast with the purchase of their new 43,000 square foot warehouse.  We can now accept cargo from overseas and store it for future shipping.  We've also doubled our freezer capacity.  This makes us poised to become among the largest direct to consumer frozen food shipping companies in the U.S..  Check out the blurb in our local paper;  http://blogs.bellinghamherald.com/business/whatcom-county-business/whatcom-shipping-company-moves-into-former-ocean-kayak-facility/                                                                        Another article;  http://www.bizjournals.com/seattle/blog/2011/11/ferndale-logistics-firm-expanding.html
